This elegant 2-story property occupies a traditional Ligurian style building, consisting of a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a storage/laundry room, thus can comfortably accommodate 5 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, two fans, a washing machine, a crib, and a high chair. It has a furnished private garden, a balcony with lovely views, a barbecue area, an orchard area equipped with a table and benches and 2 parking spaces, one of which is covered. The covered parking space is included in the price, the second parking space is available for an extra fee. The outdoor spaces are perfect for spending a few relaxing hours sunbathing, reading in the shade, picnicking, enjoying grilled specialties, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature. Public transport links are just a few steps from the apartment. We recommend visiting Sarzana with its many historic buildings, the two famous fortresses, the Cinque Terre National Park, Porto Venere, Lerici, Tellaro, the Gulf of Poets, Portofino, Marble Quarries / Carrara, Pisa, Lucca. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed and smoking and parties are not permitted. The property has guidelines to help guests properly separate waste.
