The villa was home to the nuns of the ancient Lucrezia order in 1200. Surrounded by greenery, it boasts a great view of the surrounding countryside and a 2000m2 unfenced garden. A staircase leads to the rectangular swimming pool (17x7 meters, 1.50 to 2m depth) on a natural solarium terrace overlooking the hills and the town of Todi. The property is enriched by an enclosure with farmyard animals, a stone BBQ, a porch equipped for outdoor dining, private parking. The recently restored farmhouse is on 3 floors. Below the main entrance's level, a large dining room with bar corner and professional coffee machine to host the entire group, 2 service bathrooms and a laundry room. Going up 13 steps we access the ground floor with outdoor access, complete industrial kitchen, an apartment opening onto a living room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms with shower. Going up 16 steps we find the 1st floor with 3 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower. Via an outdoor staircase at the back (7 steps), we find an apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms with shower, living area. With independent access, we find a second apartment opening onto a living area, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase (9 steps), we find a third identical apartment. Just detached from the farmhouse, is a ground floor apartment with 2 triple bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, living area. 45 meters from the main building is the SPA (400 m2) with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi for 8 people, emotional shower, changing room, 2 toilets, tanning booth, massage room, gym (4 fitness machines), relaxation room, TV, billiards, table football. The villa has AC, TV and mosquito screens in all the bedrooms, LPG heating, Wi-Fi. Included: supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen linen (weekly change), water and gas NOT included: heating EUR 3,00/m3, electricity and air conditioning (EUR 0,40/kWh), use of the SPA.
