Hi, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist Taxes In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Pets: we usually accept small pets and ask for 10 euros per night for each pet. 4) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted times is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm), for later times, if possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.

Splendid SEA VIEW apartment surrounded by greenery inside the "Parco delle villette" residence (former Villaggio degli Olandesi) with private patio, garden and swimming pool shared with the other guests. Just 10 minutes walk from the sea and the center and 500 meters from Sestri Levante station. The ideal place for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio and to visit the nearby towns up to the Cinque Terre which can be reached in an hour. Private parking space and WI-FI connection. Upon entering you will immediately find a bright living room, with a sofa, a retractable dining table and a piece of furniture containing a comfortable double bed which is also retractable. The large French window provides access to the private patio, with dining table, coffee table and chairs: you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner surrounded by the greenery of the village garden, in a relaxing atmosphere with a view of the city and the sea. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee machine, utensils and crockery for your meals. A maximum of 5 guests can stay in the house: two guests in the double bed in the living room while the bedroom offers two single beds. A cot for children (0-2 years) is also available on request. In the bathroom there are sanitary fixtures, sink, shower and hairdryer. In the house there is a private assigned parking space and WI-FI connection. For the winter months the heating is autonomous with radiators. The bedroom and bathroom linen is rented from a specialized company and supplied by us for each stay based on the number of people in the booking and is included in the price. Pets are allowed. ATTENTION: The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the complex. It is open and available approximately from mid-June to mid-September (opening and closing slightly variable also based on the climate of the year) from 10.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00.

The Parco delle Villette residence is located in a convenient location not far from the center and services but in an oasis of tranquility surrounded by the greenery of a large garden where all the independent houses are located. The station is 500 meters away, the centre, the sea and the beaches can be reached in five minutes by car or 15 on foot, as well as all the services: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bakeries, bars and restaurants where you can taste the typical place. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. Sestri is also a popular destination for sportsmen and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the heights there is a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
