The accommodation is located on the first floor of a three-family building and consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. You will find a gas stove, refrigerator, electric oven, and dishwasher at your disposal. In this living area, there is also a leather sofa, a round table with 4 chairs, and a television. From this very bright living area, you can access a covered terrace of 1.40x4.10 meters equipped with a small outdoor table and two chairs. The bathroom is completed with a bathtub with a shower screen, toilet, sink, and bidet. From the bathroom, you can access a veranda where the washing machine and a small sink are located. There are then two bedrooms, a larger one with a double bed measuring 1.65 x 1.90 meters, while the other bedroom has two beds, one measuring 0.8 x 1.90 meters and the other 1.2 x 1.9 meters. All beds are equipped with sheets, pillows, and everything else you need. There is a wardrobe in the large bedroom and another wardrobe in the hallway between the bedrooms and the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning whose only split unit is located in the aforementioned hallway, however, the system is able to guarantee good cooling.
