Experience the charm and history of Abruzzo with this rustic character's house located in an ancient village. This rustic character's house located in an ancient Abruzzo village dates back to 1800. It offers a unique trip back in time with preserved old doors, bathroom toilets, and tubs. The house is tranquil and peaceful, situated in a former monastery. The village has a population of 400 with a post office, pharmacy, weekly food market, bakery, restaurant, bar, and supermarket nearby.
The space
Welcome to our charming two-story house with ample amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Next door fresh Croissant and other pastries can be delivered to your door from next door bakery per person (exclude Sunday & Monday).
As you enter, you will find a convenient shoe rack to store your footwear. The cozy living room features a fully equipped kitchen with; Electrict stove, microwave, and cooking equipment. Please note that the kitchen sink only has cold water. Enjoy your meals at the dining area by the indoor fireplace, perfect for a warm and intimate setting. Please note that wood is not provided.
The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a wardrobe closet, a side table, mirror, and a chair. The second bedroom offers a small balcony, a comfortable sofa that opens up to a bed, a 50" Android Smart TV, a coffee table, a side table and lamp, and a clothes rack.
The bathroom on the main floor has a toilet, a small bathtub, a medicine cabinet, and a laundry machine. There is a 30-liter hot water heater for your convenience.
The second floor offers a large balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. You will also find gym equipment and seating furniture, making it an ideal place to work out or unwind after a long day.
We offer free Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected, and there is a free parking at the nearby piazza (square).
