Very quiet apartment, 2 min walk and you will be in via Monferrato a busy street with shops, wineries and restaurants, as well as bakeries and even a Carrefour Express for all your grocery needs. We provide most of the facilities that you will be needing, from Ironing facilities, to cooking facilities, as well as sheets, towel, plus we accept pets providing youi let us know in advance. Tap water is drinkable and has a nice light taste. FREE PARKING available in Piazza Borromini, a 10 min walk .Otherwise parking on our street costs around 1.50 per hour from (8am to 7.30pm), however you can also buy a 10 Euro voucher at Tabaccaio, 1 min walk, which will cover the full day from 8am to 7.30 pm; outside these hours parking is free. Also parking is free all day on Sundays. Brand new double bed with high quality mattress + a single folding bed, with a 10 cm mattresses. For the third person there is 1 brand new bed 1.86mt (6.1ft) long and very comfortable; A folding cot is also available for toddlers up to 3 years (max weight 15Kg) Private Terrace with table & 4 chairs (see pic) exclusive to our guests where you can chill out.
