Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Rapallo applies a tourist tax of 2.5 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER.

Located on the fifth floor of five in a building equipped with a lift. In the apartment we find a welcoming and bright living area with a dining table, a sofa that becomes a sofa bed, a TV and a kitchen. The kitchen is new and equipped with gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything that can be used for guests' meals and breakfasts. From here there is access to a first terrace where it is possible to hang out the laundry. There are 6 beds in the apartment. In the first bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, there is a wardrobe and two bedside tables. In the second there is a sofa bed and a wardrobe and from here it is also possible to access the terrace. The bathroom consists of bathroom fixtures, a large shower, telephone and there is also a washing machine in the kitchen that can be used during your stay. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us and is included in the price. The terrace reachable by climbing a flight of stairs offers a breathtaking view of Rapallo. On the terrace there is also a table with 6 chairs for eating outdoors during the summer evenings. The house is equipped with heating and free WI-FI service. There are fans. There is no private parking but it is possible to park nearby. Animals are not allowed.

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just 15 minutes walk from the center of Rapallo. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. In the immediate surroundings you can find public car parks, supermarkets, bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, restaurants and also many places to have fun and practice sports such as the municipal swimming pool of Rapallo, the Tennis and Football Club and the Golf Club. Moving towards the sea, in addition to the typical beaches and marinas, you can observe the famous Rapallo Castle, the Porta delle Saline and the Chiosco della Musica, valuable monuments, attractions for tourists and citizens. The excellent location of the house offers furthermore the possibility of visiting the very nearby centers of Santa Margherita Ligure, just 3 km away, and Portofino, 6 km away. For trekking lovers there are many possibilities in the surrounding area, in particular within the Portofino Regional Park area: 80 km of free access paths, two hidden villages reachable only on foot, San Fruttuoso di Camogli and Porto Pidocchio, and some sites of historical and cultural interest, such as the Mulino del Gassetta, divided into a museum space and refreshment point and the hermitage of Niasca., one of the five medieval monastic settlements along the Sentiero dei Monci, now a refreshment point and information.
