Villa "Eremo Degli Oleandri" is located in Augusta and offers a beautiful sea view. This 150 m² property features a living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a 50" Smart TV with internet connection, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, and a washing machine. The highlight is a 70 m² covered terrace, perfect for dining or relaxing outdoors, as well as a private spaghetti dinner experience. Nearby you will find Costa Saracena, the fishing village of Brucoli, and Agnone. There is a parking space available on the property. Pets and groups of young people are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to keep noise to a minimum between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm and from midnight to 10:00 am. Please avoid flushing paper in the toilet to prevent issues. The garden is for the exclusive use of the owner. A wonderful private beach is available within the complex, and a sandy beach is just 500 meters away. Recycling is mandatory; more information will be provided on site. Security cameras are installed outside the villa near the entrance gate and in some common areas of the residence on the upper floor. The cameras record images only to ensure the safety of guests and the property. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Beach/pool towels.
