The 140 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 5 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and a dishwasher. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided. In 2024 the host has made some changes to improve the property, especially on the external area. The villa boasts a spacious private outdoor area with a garden and an outdoor shower. A shared outdoor area with a barbecue is also available for your use. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. On-site dinners with homemade pizza and piano bar music can be organized upon request (for a fee).
