7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax.
This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Turning air conditioning and heating on and off are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of ignition and the daily duration of ignition depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.
In this property check-in is carried out in self check-in mode. Further information will be provided at the time of booking.
N.B. completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

FURTHER GUEST SERVICES: Unlimited Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom 1), ceiling fans (in bedroom 2 and 3), portable BBQ grill, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.
PLEASE NOTE:
- There is a step to the front door.
- The fireplace in the kitchen is a decorative feature and cannot be used.
- Please note the step in the first-floor bathroom.
