The house is in a comfortable location, between the city center (15 minutes walk) and the beaches(10 minutes walk). The flat is on the first floor of a building in a historic residential area. The flat doesn't have an assigned parking lot, but there is plenty of space around the flats. Also, there is a nice little park right next to the flats! The house has been renovated this year and features antique furniture and details. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, there is a park right next to the flat and also a small skate park down the road. Services are quite close to the flat, including a train station, markets, supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, bars, and more! Alghero is an ideal city to visit on a bike or even on a walk! From the flat, you can reach the city centre or the beach in just a 20-minute walk! (in opposite directions). But if you liked to bring the comfort of your car (or rent one), is not going to be a problem, there is plenty of parking spots all around the flat.
