“il Fonticolo” is a new concept of “room and breakfast”, located in the historic center of Modena, in one of its most characteristic squares, “Piazza della Pomposa”, just opposite the “Fonticolo Dell’Oste”, ancient fountain from which it takes its name. The accommodations have been designed to ensure, even in short stays, comfort and livability for every need, independence associated with the availability of services and the environment, rich in stylistic connotations is dissimilar with different thematic choices. The three “rooms” are, from all point of view, real “suites”, in addition to the width of the spaces, the interior design of each one have been specially projected in order to give to guests a pleasant stay during the whole day, a living area with sofa and chairs, separate fully-equipped kitchen area, private equipped bathroom stocked with toiletries. The “suites” are equipped with furniture and thematic accessories , air conditioning, television and video intercom, besides it is available to guests, at no extra charge, bicycles, WI-FI, movies, books and magazines.
