ZITRO APARTMENTS has a variety of properties in prime city locations, allowing guests to choose from chic flats in vibrant urban centres, quiet suburban residences or quaint rural accommodations. Each flat is tastefully furnished and designed to offer maximum comfort and convenience. The amount displayed by the portal includes the owner's rent and the fee for the ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be better detailed in the rental agreement and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out. In accordance with Italian law, we are required to register all guests (including minors) through online check-in with photo ID and selfie recognition (certified system). The process is simple and takes about 10 minutes. Once completed, you will automatically receive all the necessary instructions for independent access to the property. If you prefer, in-person check-in with our staff is available for an additional fee of EUR 50. In-person check-in must be completed by 7:00 PM. Please let us know your arrival time the day before.
