The center of Diano Marina, with shops, restaurants and the pedestrian area is 800 meters away. Comfortable apartment, for 2, maximum 3 people. A double bedroom, with air conditioning. Kitchen-living room, with dining table, well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine), and air conditioning. Sofa bed double. TV (with satellite channels), Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Balcony (accessible from the living room and from the bedroom), with a small table for outdoor dining. Drying rack. On the second floor, with lift.

The apartment, in a quiet residential area, is panoramic: it overlooks the gulf of Diano Marina, and the villages of Diano Castello and Cervo are visible (two of the most beautiful villages in Italy, which we recommend you visit!) The condominium is located 1.3 km from the central beaches of Diano Marina (sandy bathing establishments), reachable in 15 minutes on foot. Please note that the last 300 meters to come back to the apartment are slightly uphill. Large supermarket at 650m (with a slight ascent/descent). It does NOT have a private parking space, but there are free public parking spaces in the area (along the road, and in a square behind the building). Possibility of parking bicycles (and, on request, also e-bikes in a shelter with key, in common with the other condominiums). Very convenient for coming back home after a day at the beach: the bus stop is right under the house, in front of the entrance. Bus line: number 31 of "Riviera Trasporti", Diano Marina – Diano Castello section (time schedule and rides vary, according to the season).
