The beautiful granite houses in the Li Conchi complex combine typical local architecture with a touch of family-friendly luxury. The light-flooded, separate sleeping and living areas are connected by a bright and airy patio - a perfect place for carefree vacation living: In true Mediterranean style, you can enjoy the beautiful view here or get together for a cozy meal. Like all the houses in the modern complex, Li Conchi 13 is just a few steps away from the gently curving, spacious communal pool - and the dream beach of Cala Sinzias is just 2 km away. Here, swimming fans of all ages can swim to their heart's content, build sandcastles or take endless walks along the beach. The vacation home consists of two separate parts, a day and a night area, which are connected by a large, partially covered patio. Equipped with a large dining table and comfortable sun loungers, the patio forms the heart of the villa - a fascinating, open space with a wonderful view. A large, light-flooded living room with sofa area, dining table and adjoining kitchen serves as the day area. The modern furnishings of the vacation home are dominated by bright colors and natural materials. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge. Li Conchi 13 has three bedrooms for a total of 7 people and three modern shower rooms. Of the two bedrooms on the first floor, one is furnished with a double bed, the other with a single bed and a bunk bed. In the basement of the vacation home there is a further bedroom with a double bed and a shower room.
