The property, a 15-minute walk from Cefalu's Porta Vecchia, is convenient for reaching the beaches, exploring the surroundings or visiting the many venues as it is just outside the residential area and tourist traffic. It offers luxurious and comfortable accommodation with dedicated outdoor spaces and a panoramic swimming pool. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Cathedral. Located 1.2 km from the city center, the residence is close to a variety of restaurants where locals gather to enjoy local cuisine and socialize.
