Quiet private flat on the first floor of a small Tuscan-style building consisting of a large bedroom, kitchen, living room, sitting room and bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom is in shabby chic style with parquet flooring, large wardrobes and interactive TV. The kitchen is in country style with exposed beams and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay such as a large fridge, freezer, dishes, toaster, tea kettle, American coffee machine, Lavazza espresso machine and oven. The bathroom includes a large shower, bidet, hairdryer and dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and body cream. The flat also offers a small living room with exposed beams with interactive and satellite TV with international channels, a sofa that can be transformed into two separate beds if necessary. Upon request and for a small supplement, a cot for babies and a set of sheets are available. Casa LIZ is equipped with all comforts such as air conditioning, independent heating, Wi-Fi, iron/iron board and washing machine with detergent (the latter with a supplement). Set of sheets and soft towels are included in the rate. Any replacements during the stay and additional cleaning are on request and with a supplement to be paid on the spot. An exclusive bicycle storage room is also available for the guests.

Casa LIZ is located on the slopes of the village of San Miniato, reachable on foot in 15 minutes along the Via Francigena. Florence, Pisa and many other world-famous sites and cities are also just a few kilometers away. The town is full of artistic, gastronomic and cultural events, among which it is worth mentioning the white truffle exhibition which abounds in the surrounding countryside. The streets of the village are full of clubs and restaurants and nearby Casa LIZ, there are shops, small shopping centres, pizzerias and restaurants. Casa LIZ can be reached perfectly by car without any traffic restrictions (ZTL) and you can park free or charge in front of the house. 1.5 km from Casa LIZ there is the train station for fast connections to Florence, Pisa and their airports which are both just 35 minutes away by car
