The 150 sqm villa, 40 sqm cottage and 1,500 sqm garden offer luxurious accommodation for up to seven guests. The 30 sqm study makes a perfect vacation office. On the first floor there is a lake view living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are three well-appointed bedrooms, also with lake views, two with double beds (1.6 x 2 m) and one with a single bed. All rooms have air conditioning. Early risers can enjoy the sunrise from their beds. Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bath and shower and a small, newly renovated bathroom with shower. On the air-conditioned upper floor of the cottage in the garden there is another bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. In the air-conditioned basement of the cottage there is a large fully equipped workroom with kitchen, toilet, desk, internet, printer, monitor, TV and stepper. The garden offers a spectacular 180° view of the lake and Gardone Riviera. Palm trees, olive trees, cedars and a fig tree provide shade. The terrace, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon and evening, with an exquisite Italian marble table, seats up to 8 people. Garden furniture and lounge chairs provide comfortable seating to enjoy the panoramic views of the lake. The highlight of the garden is the lakeside perch where you can enjoy the view with friends and family. In front of the outhouse is a newly constructed garden shower. Parking for several cars is available on the property. Guests have full use of the villa, cottage and gardens.

We are a family of four living in Germany and have recently purchased, renovated and furnished the villa. Careful treatment of the listed villa is our top priority, and so our renovations have preserved the historic character of the villa. We consider it a special family home and welcome guests who appreciate its unique charm.
