Property information

Beautiful and brand new two-room apartment in the Navigli area. A few steps from the house there is the Famagosta M2 green Metro stop and tram 3 that crosses the Navigli area and arrives in the center. Totally renovated and with all the comforts: equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, double bed, air conditioning, smart TV, fast wi-fi, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine. The environment is welcoming, modern and super comfortable.

Neighbourhood information

The building is located in a quiet and safe area, very close to the Naviglio Pavese and strategically positioned near the city’s main attractions. In about 10–20 minutes by public transport, you can reach the Colonne di San Lorenzo, the Duomo, and the city center. You can easily walk to major universities such as IULM and Bocconi. By bike, you can enjoy a convenient cycle path along the Naviglio Pavese that takes you straight to the Darsena. The neighborhood is full of parks, bars, restaurants, bakeries, banks, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and hospitals. The Porta Romana area is also not far away.
