The apartment is located on a hill in the Florentine Chianti. Perfect for two people, you will find a room with double bed, bathroom, dining room with kitchen, roomy garden with trees you can pick fruit from, barbecue, outdoor table, deckchairs, above ground swimming pool. Due to the high cost of energy, the central heating plant cannot be used. In the cold months, or whenever the guests need, they can light the wooden stove anf the fireplace. The owners will provide the wood and will show the guests how to light them. Your fully relaxed stay will be completed by our large and well kept oraganic garden, where you will find plenty of refined flowers and pesticide-free tree fruits. You will be able to pick fruit directly from the trees. At your disposal an outdoor table and chairs suitable for having your meals, deckchairs for sunbathing, barbecue. Outdoor shower available. In the garden there is a footpath the owners use to get into their house.

since early childhood I've cultivated a passion for every kind of art, trying to transfer it in my job of construction artisan and taking good care of the finishing touches of my house, keeping the traditional Tuscan style. In this activity I use the help of my son Andrea, who deals with all the telematic part, and of my wife Tanina, who took care personally of the indoor design and the realization of the garden.
