Apartment renovated a few months ago of approximately 42 m2 consisting of: Kitchen with everything needed for cooking, fridge and 32" Smart flat screen TV living area with sofa bed, Double room And Bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer and courtesy set
The structure is located in the city center, Sant'Emidio district, very central location and therefore in a restricted traffic zone.... 3 minutes from Piazza Arringo where there is the Cathedral of Sant'Emidio (Patron Saint of the City and protector from earthquakes) and the Municipality And 5 minutes from the central Piazza del Popolo with the Palazzo dei Capitani, the Caffè Merletti with its Anisetta, the church of San Francesco and many places where you can taste an aperitif or enjoy a meal while admiring the wonders of one of the most beautiful squares in Italy .... a 5 minute walk from the train station and the bus terminus And 1 minute from the playground where the Giostra della Quintana takes place, a historical re-enactment of the city which is held twice a year in the months of July (the 2nd Saturday, at night) and August (the 1st Sunday, in the afternoon) .
