My property is not a single structure: three different individual houses. One is Blue colour (outside but also inside there is some touch of blue). It's an open plan house with one bedroom and full bathroom on the upper floor. On the groundfloor large fully equipped Kitchen/Living room with sofabed for two persons and courtesy bathroom. The second House is GREEN: large bedroom on the upper floor with panoramic view overlooking the Umbrian mountains and the Tiber Valley. Wardrobe room and full bathroom (shower). On the groundfloor large fully equipped kitchen/living-room with comfortable sofabed and full bathroom (shower). At disposal of our guests there is a private barbecue area (free of charge) equipped with a large table and seats situated just a few meters from Green House and Blue House. A beautiful private garden in a panoramic position, dotted with a large table, chairs chaise-longues, umbrella and a private barbeque, located just a few meters from Green House and Blue House, is available for our guests at the cost of Euro 15,00 per day.

My property is located at Castel Cellesi, a quiet rural village surrounded by a plenty of olive groves. It's the perfect place for relaxing. Castel cellesi belongs to the Municipality of Bagnoregio, only 9 km. far away. Bagnoregio is a small town where you find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, cinema. pharmacies and whatever you may need. Next to this town there is "CIVITA" di Bagnoregio a very special, picturesque, unique village on top of a volcanic rock eroded by wind and rain. Civita is connected to the mainland through a suspended bridge, for pedestrians only. Castel Cellesi is situated in the centre of the Tuscia Area (Etruscan Italy) right in the middle between Orvieto and Viterbo, two very important artistic cities (28 km. from each one). Other important places to visit in the area are Lake Bolsena, Montefiascone, Bolsena Village, Tuscania, Tarquinia, the spa Terme dei Papi near Viterbo. Within a short drive and easily reachable: Todi, Assisi, Siena, Florence and Rome. The sea shore (Montalto di Castro) is only 55 km. far away from Castel Cellesi on the Tirrenian Coast.
