Grandfather Peppino's house is one of the few structures in Marina di Modica to be located in front of the sea, within a very privileged residential area, as it is located in the air line in the center of the beach and adjacent to the pond that flows over the sea creating a place of considerable charm. Grandfather Peppino's independent house is organized like this: Inside it has 90 sqm, divided into: living room, kitchen, bathroom, a master bedroom and a two-bed room, both rooms have Daikin conditioner. Externally it has another 90 square meters with a large walled garden with American vine creepers, an outdoor shower and a veranda in front of the living room with a large white wooden canopy where you can eat and grill outdoors in total privacy.

I love to pay a lot of attention both in the cleanliness and in the comfort perceived by our guests, because every person who goes on holiday deserves a location that guarantees tranquility and well-being. The area is very quiet, being inside a residential village, to the left of the same there is the bridge that crosses the lake where many go for walks and beautiful photographs of the sea in contrast with the lake itself, the sky and the beach. In front of the village, after crossing the road, there is a path that leads you directly to the beach. To its right, instead, you go towards the center not far away, either by car or on foot. This year the beach of Marina Di Modica becomes BLUE FLAG 2021, the most coveted environmental certification of all European coasts. The seaside village offers a beach of golden sand almost 1 km long, interspersed with stretches of private beach with relative bathing services, free beach and cliffs. The sea water has the typical colors of the Mediterranean Sea with shallow waters suitable for children. In order to protect bathers from physical distancing, the municipality of Modica has prepared the installation of suitable free structures to be able to place their umbrellas along the entire beach.
