HOUSE RULES: Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, EUR 55.00 will be charged (check in fee). Security deposit of EUR 1.000,00 pre-authorized via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of EUR 79,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of EUR 3.000 in case of damages. Extra linen and towels: EUR 25.00 per person Baby cot and high chair: EUR 50.00 per stay Extra midweek cleaning: EUR 30.00 per hour per cleaner It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of eur 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair). The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00. To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of eur70.00. For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Finely restored Trulli complex, located on the first hills of Monopoli, only 15 minutes by car from the city centre. A garden characterized by olive trees and Mediterranean plants frames the front of the trulli. Adjacent to the house there is a large covered wooden area, equipped with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven, as well as electric oven, stove and dishwasher . A large table with chairs will allow you to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners right next to the swimming pool (5x10 mt); also designed with relaxation areas with cushions, sun beds and ad hoc lighting to enjoy the outdoor spaces also in the evening. The indoor area consists of an entrance hall with dining table, kitchenette and bathroom. On the right sleeping area with a very suggestive double bedroom inside the trullo. And a second double bedroom in the lamia with a private bathroom and direct access to the outside. Finally, a sofa bed that can be opened if necessary, suitable for children. The villa has heating, so it can also be rented out during the winter months. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
