Company information

I am a sociable and friendly person. I love meeting new people. After several years of traveling abroad for work and tourism, I decided to return to Sardinia and open my home to travelers for tourism and work. I love animals and nature and I have two cats, who live in a separate area of the villa. I have been a biker for over 30 years. I like DIY and I am doing the rearrangement and finishing work in the villa.

Property information

Discounted price because the exterior of the villa is not completed. In the available and delimited areas (about 400 square meters) THERE ARE NO DANGERS. The external floors are in concrete. The walls are not whitewashed and some parts of the plaster are being repaired. You can use the outdoor spaces for breakfast, barbeque, eat ready meals, relax while seeing the gulf, the sea and the sunset. Upon arrival, guests' identity documents will be requested for check-in, in order to transmit their personal details to the Italian State Police, an obligation established by Italian law. Art. 109 of the TULPS. Motorcyclists and cyclists are welcome, with the possibility of internal parking, if it is not raining, and tools available for small repairs. Cars can be parked outside without difficulty with parking always available, and free inside only if it does not rain.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in a residential area of ​​villas only a short distance, but not so short as to hear the noise of the traffic, from the coastal provincial road that leads from Cagliari to Villasimius and to all the locations on the south east coast. The public transport stop is about 600 meters away, but it is advisable to have a car to move easily towards the city and towards the towns on the coast. In a short time you can reach renowned seaside resorts such as Capitana (location where the villa is located), Poetto Cala Regina, Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Porto Sa Ruxi, Campulongu, Villasimius, Costa Rei, etc. etc. The city of Cagliari with its historic districts is about 15 km away. The town of Quartu Sant'Elena is 8 km away. Not far from the villa there are supermarkets, bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, fruit and vegetable shops, bars, pharmacies, tobacconists, pizzerias, restaurants, hairdresser, post office. The tourist port of Capitana offers the possibility of renting boats, rafts, cars and bicycles.
