Located in Mazara Del Vallo, close to all amenities (Superette Crai, bakery and ...) 700 m from a nature reserve (WWF) and 700 m from the sea The Villa Giuseppe has two terraces, the lower terrace is covered and equipped with an outdoor kitchen with fridge, gas hob, sink and barbecue. The upper terrace allows you to enjoy the full sun. Both terraces have views of the garden and pool. The garden is planted with olive and citrus trees, with the pool (under construction), you can enjoy the peace and nature surrounding this villa. You enjoy free wi-fi throughout the villa. This villa is spacious, the rooms are equipped with fans, it has a pellet stove for the colder periods. It has a lounge with TV (IPTV). The fully renovated interior kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and electric hob. The port of Palermo is 1 hour or 110 km, Palermo airport 100 km, Trapani airport 70 km. Feel free to ask me questions. Extra bed available on request.
