The holiday home Li Conchi 44 consists of two separate parts of the building, a day area and a night area, which are connected by a large, partially covered patio. Equipped with a large dining table and comfortable sun loungers, the patio forms the heart of the villa - a fascinating, open space with wonderful views. A large, light-flooded living room with a sofa corner, dining table and attached kitchen serves as a day area. The modern furnishings are dominated by light colors and natural materials. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and large refrigerator. Li Conchi 44 has three bedrooms for a total of 7 people and three modern shower rooms. Of the two bedrooms on the ground floor, one has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed and a single bed. In the basement there is another bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. The bedroom can be reached from outside via the garden. An air conditioning system, which can also be used as heating in the early season, ensures that the holiday home always has the right temperature. The holiday home has a washing machine. Like all houses in the modern complex, Li Conchi 44 is just a few steps away from the gently curved, spacious communal pool - and the dream beach of Cala Sinzias is only 2 kilometers away. Here, bathing fans big and small can swim to their heart's content, build sandcastles or take endless walks on the beach.
