The property has 2 floors with living room with sea view, relaxation room with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, to accommodate up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and other appliances, including a microwave, completes the property. Additional amenities included in the price include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and separately a dedicated home office workspace, a TV, a fan, heating and a washing machine. In addition, there is a SPA bath area with a multi-person chromatic shower for your relaxation. A crib and high chair are also available. The private outdoor area includes an unheated hot tub (2m x 2m x 1.5m mini-pool, ideal for 4-5 people), a hot tub in the indoor bathroom, a garden, an open terrace used as a solarium with an outdoor shower, a covered terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue and outdoor mobile shower. The property is minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. Recommended beaches are the natural pools of Li Baietti, La Sorgente, and Li Cossi. One parking space is available inside the property and one in a garage suitable for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles; street parking is free yes. Families with children are welcome.
