ようこそ！敦賀駅西口から徒歩８分、敦賀市の商業地域内にあり、隣はドラッグストア、近隣には多くの魅力ある店舗があります。大型ショッピング施設のアルプラザ平和堂まで徒歩3分、アルプラザ内には無印良品もあります。 建物は新築のアパートメントです。敷地内に広い駐車場もあります。 フルキッチン、洗濯機、ガス乾燥機など生活に必要なものは全て揃っているので旅行だけでなく短期長期の出張にもお勧めです。 階下には彫金教室とカフェがあり、カフェの営業時間ないであれば、コーヒーもしくは紅茶をサービスします。またチェックイン、チェックアウトもカフェで行います。１８時以降のチェックインを希望される方は暗証番号をメールで送ります。鍵は暗証番号タイプです。 敷地より徒歩1分にあるENEOSのガソリンスタンドを経営しています。宿泊客はガソリン10円引き(事前にお申し付けください)、またレンタカーの貸し出しもしています。近くのENEOSでカースタレンタカーを営業しています。(国内免許のみ)
