Rent the whole house! Excellent access to central Tokyo! Only 8 minutes to Shinjuku! The guests who have stayed have given it a very favorable reception! Convenient location and cute clean rooms are very popular. This house is located in Nakano area, a town popular among young people. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a fully renovated old private house. The rooms are fully furnished with wood grain tone to give you a sense of comfort. Maximum 7 guests, Up to 4 people can stay comfortably. Same rate for up to 3 people. Living room is on the first floor There are two bedrooms on the second floor with two toilets and one bathroom. Nakano area is a popular area because of its local streetscape and many stores around the area. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby! JR Nakano station: 11 min. walk Metro Shin Nakano station: 2 min. walk JR Shinjuku Station: 8 minutes by train It is conveniently accessible from both the subway and JR lines. No matter which one you take, you can reach Shinjuku in a few minutes! Also excellent access to Ginza, Akasaka, Shibuya, Tokyo, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and other major place in Tokyo by JR, Metro, and bus. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Please do not smoke on the street or outside. Please be considerate of the neighborhood and follow the house rules during your stay. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Please note that we do not have any condiments.

Convenience stores, restaurants, and supermarkets are located near the Metro Shin Nakano Station. There are also famous udon restaurants, ramen shops, and Japanese restaurants near the property. It is easy to get to JR Nakano station, and there are very many restaurants densely located around the station, as well as a shopping mall and a supermarket.
