The guesthouse is a newly built villa from 2024, featuring a spacious living room, cozy bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a clean bathroom, ensuring a home-like experience. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your time. A Tranquil and Private Space Away from the bustling areas of Ikebukuro, Yōyō Home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering a private retreat where you can unwind after a busy day, away from the city's noise. This three-story villa covers 85 square meters, with one bathroom, two toilets, and a garage. 1st Floor: Includes a bathroom and a toilet, a multifunctional room (which can be used for luggage storage or as a temporary bedroom), and a storage area for vacuum cleaners and other equipment. 2nd Floor: Features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a living room. It is equipped with a multifunctional projector that supports YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and more. 3rd Floor: Contains two bedrooms and one toilet. The master bedroom has two 1-meter-wide single beds, which can be combined into a double bed if needed. The second bedroom has a double bed.
