Luxurious fully furnished 02 bedroom apartment in Ariyana Resort Apartments located at Annasiwatta road, Athurugiriya, Colombo. This apartment is very close to the Athurugitriya entrance of the Motorway E1 which takes you to beautiful beaches of down south from one end to the BIA( Airport) and Kurunegala to the other end. The apartment is fully equipped with a 65 inch flat-screen TV, home theatre sound bar, Dialog TV connection and Wi-fi. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, a 4 panel gas cooker and a hob, an electric BBQ machine( Small), a coffee machine, all the utensils and a fully automatic washing machine. Both the bathrooms are equipped with hot water showers. The apartment is fully Air conditioned including the living area and dining. It has Balconies to the master bed room and the living room which gives a tranquillising view of the garden. Bed linen is provided. The common facilities available are a swimming pool, table tennis table, pool table, gymnasium, tennis court, basketball court, BBQ area, reading cabanas, car wash area, car charging points and a children play area. It has several nearby supermarkets and amazing restaurants as well.
