Star Flower Villa sits in a peaceful riverfront area of Ambalangoda, surrounded by shady coconut palms and tropical greenery. Guests love the quiet neighborhood and its easy access to Ambalangoda Beach, just 5 minutes away. The town is known for its traditional mask-making workshops, colorful markets, and handwoven beeralu lace, giving visitors a glimpse into Sri Lanka’s cultural heritage. Close by, you can visit the Tsunami Museum that commemorates the 2004 event, or take a short trip to see sea turtle conservation projects in Kosgoda. Madu River Safari—famous for its mangroves, birdlife, and tiny island temples—is less than 30 minutes away and makes for a scenic boat excursion. Outside food brought in by guests cannot be prepared by our kitchen staff.

• Noise & music policy –

Loud music or noise is not allowed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

At all other times, music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level so as not to disturb the neighbourhood.

• Respect towards staff –

Bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour toward our staff will not be tolerated.

• Parking –

Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking area. Parking on green grassed or landscaped areas is not permitted.

• Respect for the property – Please treat the villa, furnishings, and facilities with care.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
