This is a family-owned newly built holiday house. Each apartment / room has a balcony, a private bathroom, air conditioning, free wifi and the necessary things. Kitchens are available. You can reserve multiple rooms / apartments together and be connected. Enjoy your vacation by swimming on the beach or exploring the city and wake up with mountain views.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in Susanj neighbourhood. Susanj is located about a kilometre from Bar and its beaches are popular with local residents and tourists. The local Susanj railway station is a few minutes away, the local mini-market "Prima" is 2 minutes away from the property. Around Bar there are many tourist attractions. The old town of Bar (Stari Bar), and the castle of King Nikola, represent the historic and cultural monuments of this town. Stari Bar is accessible by bus. There’s an Old Olive Tree that is more than 2000 years old and Skadar lake, with one of the biggest habitats of birds.. Welcome !
