Luxurious Apartment with 1 bedroom in Richmond Hill residence. Ideally located in the heart of Grand Bay, just next to Super U complex comprising food court, kids' entertainment, banks, post office, transport facilities etc Very convenient access to the main roads and in the vicinity (5 mins walk) of shops, restaurants and the beach. Fully furnished, fitted kitchen, Spacious balcony overlooking the malls, food court, shops/restaurants, Fibre Optic internet, unlimited. Airport tansfer is provided by owner at competitive rate. Very calm and ideal if you are looking for a place to work from home. The apartment has all that one need, bedding items, towels, welcome pack provided to the guests free of charge. Apartment including toilet, bedrooms, kitchen is well maintained and well, thoroughly cleaned prior to check in of a guest.

Lots of attraction nearby, you will never get bored. Bus stations within less than 5 mhns walk. You can use buses to visit some of the tourist places. No need to hire taxis etc
