We are a family owned and operated rental management company, predominantly for non-resident owners, who share our same love of La Paz. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Starting July 31st, improvement works will begin on the internal roads of Las Colinas. These works are estimated to take around two weeks to complete. Please be aware that vehicle access to the property may be temporarily affected during this time. The TVs are equipped with streaming services to provide various entertainment options. Please note that cable channels are not available. Please refrain from consuming food or beverages in the living room. Please note guests must use stairs to access the lower-level bedrooms. Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear. Please note that the pool is not heated. We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a 56 USD weekly electricity fee in this case, charged on the day of check-in. Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of 50 USD. Starting November 1st, 2025, the Beach Club will introduce a minimum consumption requirement of 800 MXN per adult, per day for access to the club.
