On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room, a comfortable sofa bed, a large chair, and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and tableware. Additionally, there's a dining table for four persons. Downstairs, there's a separate toilet and a sink available. A staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll discover a spacious king-size bed with two bedside tables, as well as a separate bathroom with a luxurious rain shower, a toilet, and two sinks. Furthermore, the second floor features a balcony and a skylight that allows natural light to enter. There's a large window with curtains and a small open closet to store your clothes. Guests have access to the premises, where their car can be securely parked in an open area enclosed by a fence and camera surveillance. To enter the premises, you pass through a door in the dividing wall that closes off the space. Within this space, you'll find 5 houses, and the adjoining garden is spacious and open for everyone to enjoy. The city center is easily accessible, just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away. You'll also find a large Chedraui supermarket within a 5-minute drive, and the Autobuses OCC bus station is conveniently located for a 15-minute walk. A spacious sports complex (SEDEM) is nearby for those who love outdoor activities, offering opportunities for running and walking in a pleasant environment. Right across the street, you'll discover the Cascodromo fish restaurant, where you can enjoy really lovely food.
