This is the ideal La Paz stay for couples and friends looking for a prime location. - Reliable WiFi and a 55” HD Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video & Disney+ - A spacious fully-equipped kitchen with all the important basics, washer & dryer - Comfortably furnished, quality linens/towels, modern appliances, ensuite bathrooms - I block to the Malecón where you can find shops, tasty local eats & photo ops! - A short walk or drive to great beaches, groceries, shopping, attractions & activities IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There is a weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.
