Which makes the perfect neighborhood for anyone looking to stay for a long time in Tulum. The thing we love the most about La Veleta is the nearby access that takes you directly to the beach. It is the Av. Kukulkan street will lead you to the Hotel Zone in a short period of time. It is easy to get around La Veleta. You can walk around the neighborhood and find local coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner spots. There are also multiple wellness and holistic activities to enjoy while in town. The world famous Holistika Wellness center is a short walk away. There are multiple places within walking distance that offer scooter and bike rentals. Tulum Centro is about a 20-minute walk. The beach can be accessed via a 25-minute bike ride or a 15-minute taxi ride.
