Come stay in this newly renovated 3 - bedroom apartment in the bustling city center of Kuala Lumpur, only a few minutes away from Twin Tower. Shopping, dining and nightlife abounds. This space truly feels like home. Great light, large kitchen and dining room, and design details make this apartment one of a kind. There is 1 queen bed in the bedroom plus a pull out couch (in the living room). Great for singles or couples! This pet friendly place is large (1323 sq/ft) and feels spacious. Amazing light and a great place to relax. We will be there to welcome you and give you a set of keys. This is truly an awesome location! Guests will have access to the master room and the common areas. Like a private concierge we can be there to help you as much or as little as you like. I make an effort to be available and responsive to my guests, but I also respect their space and privacy. I let them check in and out on their own -- living here as if it's their home. If they need me, I'm just next door and always available by text and phone. HOUSE RULES: We will collect a deposit of 100rm upon your arrival and this amount of deposit will be returned to the guest after he/she check-out, if no violations. Any below violations causing deposit forfeited min 100rm/time. We would cover 28kW/week Aircon usage. If the AC usage is higher than this, guests will need to pay 0.88RM/kW and it'll be deducted from the Security Deposit. We have Aircon Electric meter available in the house. NO SMOKING on premise. We will be forced to charge a rm250 cleaning fee for any violations and the offender may be asked to leave our property without a refund. MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors as required by local laws. SHOES OFF inside the house. No pets are allowed without prior consent and written approval. If Guest brings a pet, Guest risks forfeiting part or all of the security deposit. PARTIES OR EVENTS of any kind are strictly prohibited. CCTV available in the house for safety purpose.
