Welcome to our Casitas! We are a beachfront property where you can hear the soothing sound of the waves from your room. Just steps away from the famous Popoyo wave, Casitas is the ideal place for those seeking a tranquil and peaceful getaway. Our accommodations feature a unique design, comfortable beds, and are impeccably clean. We also have an on-site restaurant offering a variety of delicious meals, and for our Nicaraguan guests, breakfast is included with your stay. We warmly welcome everyone, including small pets, to come and enjoy the rustic surroundings, friendly atmosphere, beautiful beach, and the wonderful local cuisine. Rooms 1-4 are equipped with AC. You’ll be surrounded by our lush garden while you disappear into our hammocks. Our Polynesian style rooms on the second floor are designed with a high ceilinged open air concept. When you escape to your private balcony you’ll hear the lullaby of the ocean crashing while our fans keep you cool at night.

Playa Guasacate is a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful destination. At low tide, you can explore the natural pools that form along the shore, and for surf enthusiasts, the area is home to world-class surf spots. The beach is perfect for runners who want to enjoy a scenic route or for those looking to simply relax and take in the stunning views and magical sunsets. There are also several local restaurants offering traditional Nicaraguan cuisine, as well as Italian and Dutch options. While we have a small market, please note that the nearest ATM is 4 kilometers away.
