Your stay concerns a stay with 2 dubble beds, in the past a small flower bulb company which was converted at the end of 2019 into a stay where people can enjoy a partly quiet environment in the municipality of Hollands Kroon for a short or longer period as a base for, among others, Texel, Callantsoog, Alkmaar, Amsterdam. THERE ARE FREE TOWELS AND BED LINEN AVAILABLE. But NO beachtowels. Breakfast is not including but there are possibilities. There is a garden with terrace, private driveway and parking space of approx. 300 m2 in total. A map is included in the photo overview. One (1) dog is allowed with prior notification, provided that it is toilet trained. Not gnaw or bite furniture, doors and walls. No dog allowed on the bed, sofa or in shower room afcourse. You have to pay FORWARD thirty five euro extra for the dog. Tourist tax one fifty euros five pppn, deposit is fifty euros. The deposit will be returned after cleaning when everything is ok, when otherwise I will contact you. Some time before your arrival, you will receive a payment request with a final payment to the hist for deposit, toeristtaks and possible the dog, you have to pay 24 hours before arrival. This is a prerequisite to be able to check in. Check-in between 15.00 and 17.00h ( Just ask if you prefer a later check-in, no problem) Check-out at 11.00h. Table games are available and FREE WIFI. TELEVISION IS POSSIBLE BY STREAMING YOUR PERSONAL APPS TO THE BUILD IN CHROMECAST IN THE TELEVISION. In this way people from all over the world can stream and look their own personal television programmes on channels by contributing the apps on their own personal smartphone. In addition there is FREE NETFLIX available to everyone DIRECT on the flat screen television. You can use the BBQ and a garden set on the terras and in the garden.
Close by are Den Helder, Schagen, Callantsoog, Texel. (10 - 15 km). Supermarkets in the immediate vicinity and bicycles for rent in the village of Breezand or Anna Paulowna. Also there is a 60Ha big animal park 4 km from your stay what a full day program has. look for information on Hoenderdaell dot nl Amsterdam is jut one hour away, train station 2 km from your stay. Swimming water and beach see google earth.
