The house is fully furnished and offers all modern conveniences. The living room features comfortable sofas and a dining table, and the open-plan kitchen (renovated in spring 2025) is equipped with all the latest appliances. The sliding door with a fly screen leads to the garden, where you can relax on one of the two sheltered terraces in either the sun or the shade. The garden is fully enclosed, making it ideal for children and dogs. The modern bathroom (renovated in spring 2025) is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find three functional bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, including a toddler travel cot. The house is child-friendly, with a safety gate at the top of the stairs. There are 2 parking spaces directly at the house. Additional parking is available throughout the park in public spaces. A small bike storage shed is also provided at the house.
