Boutique Studio Amsterdam offers room for 2 people and is fully equipped for a pleasant stay during a business trip or city trip. Two bicycles can be used free of charge. The studio is located on the bottom floor of our house is a self-contained accommodation of approx. 30m2 with its own entrance, so that guests are assured of total privacy. It is located on the first floor of the building and has large windows over the entire width. This makes it a pleasant, light space where it is nice to stay. The mix of style elements of the Amsterdam School and the modern interior with cheerful color accents immediately give you a feeling of coming home. The cozy living area is beautifully furnished with a comfortable modern 2-seater sofa, two coffee tables, flat screen smart TV and footstool. Free high speed WiFi is available throughout the studio and there are several USB connections. The pantry is part of the living area and is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer combination, espresso machine, milk frother, toaster, egg boiler and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and kitchen linen are provided and there is free coffee and tea. Directly adjacent to the living area is the bedroom with a king-size bed and pillows in different hardnesses so that you can change as needed. The 'crispy' bedding made of 100% cotton gives you a wonderfully fresh feeling every time you get into bed! The spacious wall system offers the opportunity to store clothes, both lying and hanging. The compact bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and is equipped with shower, toilet, small sink, mirror and hairdryer. The wonderfully soft towels and bathrobes made of 100% waffled cotton make it complete!

The accommodation is very conveniently located: the Rivierenbuurt is a quiet area, but if you fancy a bit more excitement, you will find it within walking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants can be found in the vicinity of the property. The Scheldestraat and Maasstraat are both popular streets filled with places for a snack or a drink. Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will also find all essential shops there, such as: supermarket, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, pharmacy, cheese shop, drugstore, liquor store, caterer, etc. De Pijp is also nearby; you get there by public transport or in a 15-minute walk. As a tourist you can indulge yourself there; next to the popular Albert Cuyp market you will find countless nice bars and restaurants there. The studio does not have the opportunity to cook, but due to its favorable location between catering establishments with a delivery service, this does not have to be a loss at all! Just 350 meters (4 minutes' walk) is the exhibition and conference center 'RAI Amsterdam', so Boutique Studio Amsterdam is also the perfect base for the business traveler!
