The gable walls are the tall walls on the outside/sides of the building. In the first half of 2026, maintenance on the balconies will be carried out at Sterflat, and the brickwork will be repointed. This will cause inconvenience at times for all accommodations in Sterflat, and scaffolding will be installed on the gable walls. The work is highly dependent on weather/wind conditions and will be carried out on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.; no work will take place in the evenings or on weekends. Reservations are therefore still possible. We actively provide information, and if necessary, appropriate measures will be taken. Schedule: Maintenance of the balconies is currently planned for the first half of 2026. These activities will be carried out in phases.

The apartment is situated at the Boulevard of Egmond aan Zee, walking distance from the beach and citycentre. nearby are excellent Restaurants. Ofcourse the supermarket,bakery and lovely shops are there.The entrance to the dunes are nearby. By foot or rent a bicycle at the end of the Wilhelminastraat at Bike Shop Egmond. There are a lot of destinations to ride to. Many activities, like bowling, play tennis, fitness, spa you can book private at the companies.
