Welcome to Duinhuis 18, your ideal holiday destination for an unforgettable stay on the Dutch coast. This modern holiday home offers everything you need for a wonderful beach holiday with family or friends. Located a stone's throw from the beach and the sea, this is the perfect base for nature lovers, walkers and cyclists. The spacious living room features a cosy sitting area with an attractive pellet stove and a television. For offline entertainment, there are games and books available, perfect for cosy evenings together. The open layout creates a pleasant flow between the different rooms. From the dining area, you have a direct view of the fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there are modern appliances such as a hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and combination microwave. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the filter coffee machine or the Senseo, and with the kettle, you can make a cup of tea in no time. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The beautiful staircase in the living room leads to the first floor. Here you will find two more bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) and one with two single beds (80x200cm). On this floor there is also a second bathroom with a bath and washbasin, plus a separate toilet. The garden of Duinhuis 18 is a real attraction. Here you can enjoy the sun and the outdoors on the (covered) terrace. Make yourself comfortable in the comfortable lounge set and enjoy the fresh sea air. The fully enclosed garden offers a safe play area for children and is also ideal for your pets - you are allowed to bring two four-legged friends on holiday. There are two private parking spaces available for your cars. Please note: This property is not available for rent to groups of young people under the age of 25.

The Vroongronden nature reserve is ideal for a walk or bike ride, and the Gadrabos is perfect for a quiet day in nature.
