Very calm surroundings. Property is situated in the end of the road. No traffic what so ever. For aurora watching it is completely dark and has excellent conditions. The surrounding area is a birdsanctuary and you are free to walk anywhere. The sea is only 15 meters from the house. A few minutes drive you will find our excellent local grocery store - Eide Handel. People from all over Tromsø travel here to shop hiqh quality local products. Our closest neighbor is the sea and the forrest. Enjoy easy and nice walks by the beach or in the woods. From Håkøytoppen you will have excellent views all over Tromsø and Kvaløya.
