Pleasant holiday home on Lista with sea view and large garden. The ground floor contains a great, well-equipped kitchen, a hallway and two bright living rooms. The holiday house has 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, both with WC and shower cubicle. One bathroom with washing machine. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Balcony. At the back of the house there is a large lawn, perfect for barbecues, activities, and family fun. Borhaug/Listalandet offers a variety of activities, including a hike to Lista lighthouse, 3 km, or surfing, sea fishing (organized trips from Borhaug quay) or exciting activities at Lista Adrenaline Park, 4.5 km from the house, with go-karting, Flipside (Norway's largest skate park), trampoline park, paintball, and restaurant. The coastal path is 40 km of great hiking trails. Varne's lighthouse and fort are located in a great hiking area approx. 16 km from the holiday home, and Alcoa Environmental Park (14 km) offers cycle paths and pump track. In Lyngdal, you will find indoor swimming pools at Sørlandsbadet, perfect for a family outing, or you can go to Farsund bathhouse and sauna in the center of Farsund, 6 km from the holiday home. There is a Joker grocery store within walking distance from the house (open on Sundays from June to August) as also Bispen restaurant and Havnekiosken. In Vanse, there are several restaurants and shopping opportunities.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
