Please park only in the designated space. Parking requirement must be notified in advance at the time of reservation due to availability. We can only offer what's vacant, which may vary. Rate is 175 NOK/day.

Our CHECK-IN window is strictly between 16:00 & 18:00. Late checkins (after 18:30) attract surcharge of 300 NOK. It is not possible to check in after 23:30.

Upon arrival please take your shoes off and relax your feet. There is a wooden flooring and clean carpets throughout the apartment. Please do not roll suitcase over the floor. Our guests are asked to fill in a short arrival form. This is compulsory and the non-filling penalty is £30.

IMPORTANT!!! If you are cooking, please ventilate properly. If the fire alarm goes off, please reset it by pressing the button for 3 seconds. It’s in the main hallway, on the wall outside of the apartment.

NEVER LEAVE THE HOB OR THE OWEN ON UNATTENDED! If you are going to cook food that causes a lot of fumes, you can prevent the alarm from going off in the apartment by pressing the yellow button in advance for 5 seconds. The smoke part of the detector will then be out of order for 30 minutes. Please refer to the full FIRE INSTRUCTIONS manual for more details. Everyone in the apartment is responsible for familiarising himself with the fire instructions.

NO SMOKING (inc. vaping/el.cigarettes) inside the apartment or on balcony

The security deposit for any damages caused as a result of non compliance is set to 5000 NOK. A part of it (3000 NOK) is paid by card upon arrival and returned at the checkout.

Guests must pay the tourist tax at 50 NOK pp/night. This is collected upon arrival. Cleaning is charged extra, at 10% of the booking price. Charged upon checkout.

The heating is automatic and comes on if the temperature drops below 22-23 C degrees. Please do not change the settings on the thermostat.

Breakfast 6:30-10:00 & Evening buffet dinner 17:30-20:00 at exclusive rates for our guests at the Grand Hotel Bodø, only 2 minutes walking from the apartment. Book through us and get 15% discount. Breakfast buffet is 200 NOK/pp (normally 225) and the evening diner buffet is 320/pp (normally 375). 50% off for children up to 12yo.

Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Extra guests or PARTIES are not allowed.

CHECK-OUT is by 10:00. However, we can offer a late one. If you wish to arrange an early checkin or a later checkout, please give notice in advance so that we can help. Just ask. There’s a fee of 150NOK/hour. The same applies to early checkins.

Before you go, the please leave the place clean and tidy and ensure ALL lights are off, close the windows, turn off electrical devices and place KEYS on the kitchen countertop. Then send a message just as you are leaving.

Para ello, puedes utilizar el apartado de peticiones especiales al hacer la reserva o ponerte en contacto directamente con el alojamiento. Los datos de contacto aparecen en la confirmación de la reserva.

Es necesario realizar el pago antes de la llegada a través de transferencia bancaria. El alojamiento se pondrá en contacto contigo después de reservar para darte las instrucciones.

En este alojamiento no se pueden celebrar despedidas de soltero o soltera ni fiestas similares.

No se puede hacer ruido de 22:00:00 a 07:00:00.

Las personas menores de 18 años solo pueden alojarse si van acompañadas de alguno de sus progenitores o tutores legales.

Se pedirá un depósito por daños de NOK 3.000 a la llegada. Se efectuará mediante transferencia bancaria. Se te devolverá 7 días después del check-out. El depósito se reembolsará por completo mediante transferencia bancaria si no se detectan daños en el alojamiento tras la inspección posterior al check-out.
