We enjoy walking or biking along the many tracks in Queenstown. The Frankton track runs along between our property and the lake and is a 20 minute walk into the busy town centre where we enjoy sampling the hospitality in the coffee shops and restaurants. Golf is another of our favourite activities and there are many golf courses in the area.

Spacious fully self contained apartments, nestled on the edge of Lake Wakatipu, with amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Hosted by Kiwis who have lived in Queenstown for 30 years, giving you the wonderful warm welcome and locals advice on what to do, where to go and where to eat. The apartments not only have most amenities that you would find in your house but we also provide lots of small items to make your stay more comfortable. We provide soap powder in the apartments laundry. The kitchen is stocked with not only the small items you expect such as tea, coffee, sugar; but also tin foil, glad wrap, oven bags, dish wash liquid and dish powder for the dishwasher. The wood burner is a bonus for guests on those colder nights. Obviously we supply firewood, kindling and matches and should you need it instructions on how to light the fire and keep it going. Each apartment has their own small courtyard where you will find a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The indoor heated swimming pool and sauna are enjoyed all year round by many guests. To access our property from Frankton Road some people believe our driveway is very steep but this is heated in the winter.

Just across the lake in view of our apartments is the Kelvin Heights Golf course, Also the Queenstown Yacht Club. The closest shop for supplies is in the town centre, a 2 minute drive away. The restaurants are also in the town centre. The local bus service has a bus stop across the road and one right next door with buses going past every 15 minutes. Taxis are easily available for door to door service.
